There is still no treatment that can reverse hearing loss caused by noise. It can, however, be effectively managed with hearing aids, and an ENT follow-up rules out other causes of hearing loss.<\/p>\n
Depending on the type of hearing loss and the noise exposure involved, some workers are eligible for compensation from the CNESST.
